Increase in Distracted Driving Leads Chicago to Consider Equipping Police with Textalyzers

Between 2014 and 2016, those killed due to distracted driving increased by 14 percent. The company Cellebrite has developed a new device called the “Textalyzer” that can be plugged into a cell phone to determine if the driver was texting at the time of the car accident.
